ASP's Business Meeting
ASP business is conducted by the Steering Committee and all interested members of ASP who have made the decision to join the Business Meeting. The Steering Committee is composed of the trusted servants of ASP.
Business Meetings are held on a monthly basis, with a one month break in between. We are presently using the Knowledge Based Decision Making Process in our Business Meeting on a trial basis. This process is detailed on the Business Web Page.
To participate in the Business Meeting, go to http://www.asp-afg.org/mailman/listinfo/businessmtg. Follow the steps to subscribe to the Business Meeting by entering your ASP email address and a password of your choice. The List Administrator will subscribe you to the Business Meeting. As in the Recovery meeting, you will have subscriber options that will allow you to change your email address, put yourself on vacation hold or unsubscribe. You will be able to do this by following this link: http://www.asp-afg.org/ASP/nbm/business_meeting_instruction.htm
If you are new to the Business Meeting, please read ALL of these pages on the Meeting Structure and Agenda carefully. The Agenda page shows where the meeting is currently. The Business Meeting does not make adjustments when members enter or leave – so please do NOT interrupt the meeting to ask for a review of previous topics and discussions.
