I move that we take the following actions

-The ASP server maintains an archive of all shares in our recovery meeting.

-Members will not have access to the recovery meeting archives.

-The Founders and current List Administrator and other active members of the Steering Committee will have access to the recovery meeting archives for their assigned administrative duties and business purposes.
