A Serenity Place is a closed meeting.

Closed meetings are for members and prospective members whose lives have been affected by someone else’s drinking.
Al-Anon FAQ

As a closed meeting, ASP does not allow non-members to attend. This includes professionals, students and anyone else that is not qualified to join Al-Anon per our Third Tradition:

Tradition 3. “The relatives of alcoholics, when gathered together for mutual aid, may call themselves an Al-Anon Family Group, provided that, as a group, they have no other affiliation. The only requirement for membership is that there be a problem of alcoholism in a relative or friend.”

Are you qualified to be a member of Al-Anon per the Third Tradition by being affected by the alcoholism of a friend or relative?
