[Businessmtg] Steering Committee Reports - Newcomer Packets

I am a brand new Steering Committee volunteer.  I believe one month has already gone by of my term.  I have no clue how the Steering Committee could make a report, as to my knowledge - "we" haven't met or done anything?  I do know there was some discussion of what our duties are which I still don't quite understand, other than they are "administrative" and I don't know what that means either.


In regard to the newcomer packets, my opinion is the same as when I stated it when the topic first came up - I believe no action need be or should be taken prior to the newcomer committee meeting and making their recommendations.
