Here you will find all the instructions you need to attend and participate in the recovery meeting at A Serenity Place.\u00a0 For instructions not listed here–call your sponsor!\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Post a share to the meeting<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Address your share to:<\/em>\u00a0asp@asp-afg.org<\/a><\/p>\n

Do not include any other addressees in your message besides the Business Meeting server or the server will reject your share.\u00a0 Most of the time this happens when members use the\u00a0Reply to All\u00a0<\/em>functions on their email.<\/p>\n

If you receive a message from the server that refers to \u201ctoo many recipients\u201d or \u201cmultiple recipients\u201d, that means that you addressed your email to more than one address.<\/p>\n

Please make certain that any email sent to the ASP server is addressed to the ASP Meeting and only the ASP Meeting.<\/strong>\u00a0 <\/em><\/p>\n

NEVER use Reply to All at ASP.\u00a0\u00a0Thanks!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Send a Reply to the originator’s share Privately<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Simply use your Reply function when you are in the recovery meeting of A Serenity Place; the server will send it to the originator only.<\/em><\/p>\n

Send a Reply to a post to the whole meeting<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Please don’t.\u00a0 Either create a new share to ASP addressed to\u00a0asp@asp-afg.org<\/a>\u00a0or if you wish to reply privately to another member, then use your Reply button.\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n

Nomail = TEMPORARILY disable mail delivery<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Go to\u00a0https:\/\/asp-afg.org\/mailman\/listinfo\/asp<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n

Note:<\/em>\u00a0Nomail is only for temporary situations like vacations, where you don’t want to receive ASP shares.\u00a0 Nomail is normally for\u00a015 days or less.<\/strong>\u00a0 Nomail is\u00a0NOT\u00a0<\/strong>for long terms of absence–over two weeks.\u00a0 Members found using the nomail setting for over two weeks may be unsubscribed without notice by the List Administrator.<\/em><\/p>\n

Bring up an issue at our business meeting<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Send an email to the Steering Committee<\/a>\u00a0with your request.\u00a0 Please include a description of your request and your ASP email address.\u00a0 We do not discuss business issues in the ASP recovery meeting, so please do not post business-related messages to ASP.<\/em><\/p>\n
